Liz Lawrence

Liz has a Bachelors in Social Work from the University of NH and began her career working hands on with children and youth as well as coordinating programs.  She received her Organizational Development Certificate and served as a non profit program consultant for 5 years providing training, program observation and assessment and sustainability planning for early childhood, school and youth program leaders and boards. More recently Liz was a statewide Project Director of a SAMHSA 4-million dollar children’s mental health grant serving as Early Childhood Program Manager at the NH Division of Public Health Services. Most recently she served as a Pediatric Care Manager working on a comprehensive primary care team implementing a new Collaborative Integrated Care model serving the pediatric population and families.
