The Recruitment Center is the only local, non-profit organization focused on recruiting primary care physicians, dentists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to meet the workforce needs of Vermont and New Hampshire. We are a cost-effective alternative to working with out-of-state, for-profit recruitment firms. Our contingency provider placement fees are generally less than the fees charged by for-profit recruiters, and we provide personalized service to help you “seal the deal”.

Our experienced and dedicated staff focus their efforts on the identification and referral of qualified clinicians who are truly interested in living and practicing in New Hampshire or Vermont and who would be a good fit for your practice. Since 1994, we have placed more than 300 providers in private practices, rural health clinics, hospitals, and community health centers throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. Clinician recruitment has become a fiercely competitive endeavor as practices nationwide compete for a diminishing pool of candidates due to a national shortage of primary care providers.
