Claire Hodgman is the Recruitment Specialist, and primary contact for providers and employers to support recruitment needs for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Dentists in New Hampshire and Vermont. She conducts all recruitment activities including vacancy monitoring, candidate outreach, screening, and referring to practices for hiring decisions.

Claire is also a resource for information about programs such as National Health Service Corps, State Loan Repayment, and the J1-Visa Waiver. She joined the Recruitment Center in 1995 and became a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) through Healthcare Source in 2020. As a native of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom and New Hampshire resident for 30 years, Claire is a passionate ambassador for both New Hampshire and Vermont. She enjoys baking, gardening, and chicken farming in her spare time.
