Nancy Hoyt is the Workforce Development and Recruitment Coordinator for Bi-State for Behavioral Health and Substance Use Clinicians. Prior to joining Bi-State, Nancy spent most of her career in medicine. Her clinical experience ranges from primary care, emergency care, pediatrics, perinatal, and substance use care. Nancy served as the perinatal substance use and non-substance use case manager, as well as a recovery support navigator, for Amoskeag Health Center. Directly working with populations with limited access to perinatal health care. Nancy provided resources which focused on substance misuse and obstacles within perinatal care. Nancy graduated from Penn State University majoring in Human Development and Family Studies and is currently at Southern New Hampshire University pursuing her master’s in healthcare administration, graduating in 2026. Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.
