Nancy Hoyt serves as the Recruitment Coordinator at the New Hampshire and Vermont Recruitment Center. Prior to joining Bi-State, Nancy built a notable career in healthcare, with clinical experience spanning primary care, emergency medicine, pediatrics, perinatal care, and substance use treatment.
She previously held dual roles at Amoskeag Health Center as a Perinatal Substance Use and Non-Substance Use Case Manager and as a Recovery Support Navigator. In these roles, Nancy worked closely with populations with limited access to health care, providing critical resources and support to individuals facing challenges related to substance use and barriers to perinatal care.
Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and Family Studies from Penn State University. She is currently pursuing a master’s in healthcare administration at Southern New Hampshire University, with an anticipated graduation in 2026.
Outside of her professional life, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.
